Books

I love telling character-driven action & suspense stories with a thematic backbone of hope, perseverance, and determination; set against a backdrop of grounded speculative science fiction. I love a good heart-warming ending!

As my passion for writing evolved from the narrative-rich worlds of videogames, I am a firm believer that a well-crafted universe can support untold numbers of stories and adventures. When I envision a new world for a novel project, I never see it as a one-and-done – I want to explore the world and characters for years to come. And not just in novel format – I would love to see my works adapted into other mediums!

I am also really interested in exploring other people’s worlds. I love adapting my prose to established worlds and tones. I am actively seeking opportunities to write novel tie-ins for small-scale projects. I am specifically interested in:

  • Indie video games

  • Webcomics & graphic novels

  • Animation & multimedia projects

  • Grounded sci-fi, cyberpunk, and speculative fiction settings

Currently I am unagented and seeking representation.

Synopsis:
The Storyteller is a legend among law enforcement — a woman who can read crime scenes like a novel and tell their story.

FBI trainee Quinn Hunt idolizes her. Until her very first case drops the legend right in her lap — broken, scarred, and a dead ringer for the woman that just executed a man in broad daylight.

As Quinn struggles to reconcile her idol with reality, their chance encounter spirals into a deadly conspiracy rooted in a twenty-year-old government bioengineering program called TWELVE MONTHS. The Storyteller is far more than a myth. She’s just the tip of the iceberg. And someone who looks exactly like her is determined to bury the truth — and her — for good.

Quinn knows she's in over her head. As the killer closes in, The Storyteller's fate is in her hands. And as the two women unravel the secrets of the TWELVE MONTHS project, they grow closer — a liability Quinn can't afford.

But in a world built on lies, it might be the one thing that keeps them alive.

Perfect for fans of The Silent Patient and the Orphan X series, The Storyteller is a gripping thriller about identity, perseverance, and the dangerous cost of playing God.
